Botox

Neurotoxins like Botox©, Dysport© and others have been used cosmetically for decades. They work by relaxing muscles that, when contracted, cause wrinkles, or otherwise undesired movement of muscles. Most commonly used for the forehead, for crow’s feet and “number 11” lines between the brows, they can also be used to balance facial movements, lower the upper lip in a “gummy smile,” smooth out neck bands and evert the lips with a “lip flip.” Neurotoxins can even  relax hyperdynamic muscles and even help with bruxism.

Since Dr. Rose works with many performers and many choose to keep a little bit of movement while they are filming, she specializes in “performers tox” which softens but does not eliminate movement.  Schedule a consultation to find out what these treatments can do for you.
